ACCOMMODATION
We have two types of accommodation to offer:
Lansdowne House
-
has two large suites and a substantial double room.
In each of the rooms there is a iron, hairdryer and towelling robes.
Guests can avail themselves of tea and coffee and a ready supply of
homemade cookies in the upstairs kitchen. In all the rooms
there are fresh flowers and well as a well stocked fruit bowl.
Lansdowne Villa
-
is a self contained, spacious retreat with 3
double bedrooms all with quality queen sized beds and top of the
range Sheridan towels, linen and electric blankets. There is a new bathroom and a well
appointed kitchen as well as a separate dining room and a large
lounge with television, stereo, two bookcases loaded with books, picture
windows opening onto a patio and a log fire for chilly nights.

In both Lansdowne House and Lansdowne
Villa, there is an extensive book collection available to guests.
Lansdowne House has its own Library bursting with books of every
genre possible from all the latest fiction writers to history and
the classics. There are many books of interest on New Zealand as
well as collections of books on motor sports, gardening and even
tropical fish.
There is something here for everyone
and comfortable chairs to sit and pass the time. Or if you prefer,
you can switch on the TV and watch any of the extensive Sky
programmes from all over the world.
